I love going to museums. It's nice to get out and be exposed to history, new thoughts and art along the way. But really, who can afford to go more than every once in a long while?
Well, actually, we all can.
A lot of galleries and museums in CT offer a free admission day and I've found it's the best way to explore what the state has to offer.
Especially when you're on a budget.
The quickest resource is to visit your local library. Most Libraries will have a couple free passes available for patrons to use at oodles of locations.
But, to start you off. Here's a list of 9 museums with free admission days.
Also, near the bottom of this post is a link that will bring you to a list for every CT museum and gallery.
